Direct contact
Write to [email protected]. Your email reaches the person who built Piuma. Replies usually come within two working days. Tell us your macOS version and what you were doing — it speeds up the help.
System requirements
macOS 14 or later. Piuma lives in the menu bar. Six languages: English, German, French, Spanish, Japanese and Chinese (Simplified).
Pad, shortcuts and Settings
⌥⇧L opens or closes the pad, ⌥⇧C cleans the clipboard — you can change both shortcuts in Settings. Open Settings by right-clicking the Piuma icon in the menu bar (“Settings…”). The first time you clean the clipboard, macOS asks once whether Piuma may read it.
Piuma Pro & restore
Piuma Pro is a one-time $4.99 — no subscription. The purchase runs through Apple. New Mac? Choose “Restore purchase” in the unlock window, as long as you use the same Apple Account.
Uninstalling Piuma
Right-click the Piuma icon in the menu bar, then choose “Quit Piuma”. Then drag Piuma from the Applications folder to the Trash. Your blocks are still in Piuma's data folder: in the Finder press ⇧⌘G, enter ~/Library/Containers/com.hyperzero.piuma and move that folder to the Trash. If you had iCloud sync switched on, that copy stays in your iCloud until you remove it there.
Data & security
Piuma opens no connections itself, has no account and no servers of its own. Only the optional iCloud sync (Pro) and the App Store purchase go online. Details in the privacy policy: https://hyperzero.de/en/privacy#piuma
